morning went out to meet

8 plus den walked to school.

today training were alrights , morning

trained awhile den raining . went to

gym room after dat den do loads of

physical . hopefully no muscle cramps tml.

after training , coach treated us sakae sushi.

after eating, den went to gelare to buy ice-cream.

7 pm , bus-ed home .
